WORK PACKAGE 1 - Project Management

The overall objectives of the project management work package are to co-ordinate and manage the project to achieve the results described in the work plan according to the time schedule and budget specified. The WP also includes facilitation and management of the flow of information and resources within the project, monitoring and reporting on progress with respect to milestones and deliverables, and providing project guidance to ensure the project objectives are fulfilled.
